As a result of the latest seasons of excavations at Hatsor, the six chambered city gate and the casemate wall, a large public building and a paved street were definitely attributed to the days of King Solomon. Furthermore, a huge canaanite palace from the Late Bronze period, close to Syrian architectural features, is being discovered in the Hatsor acropolis. This is a find of first importance, because it is in fact the only palatial building of the Late Bronze so far discovered in the zone.
