Abstract

Among the proverbs and pieces of advice interspersed within the stories that compase the Disciplina Clericalis, we have culled those wich show a clear influence of the Jewish tradition over its author Pedro Alfonso. We have chosen the parallel passages in the rabbinic literature and have also indicated the oldest sources that deal with this subject.
